Entry fee:

All players will be able to take part in the tournament after filling and sending the registration form and payment of tournament fee 20 EUR.
The Registration Form/s shall be submitted to the Bulgarian Chess Federation by e-mail: federation@chessbg.com or via fax on 0035929815728 by not later than 1st May 2006. If participants submit the registration form after the deadline they may have to pay tournament fee with 50% increase.

Accomodation:

The participants will be provided with breakfast board & lodging in 3 star Hemus hotel www.hemushotels.com -official hotel of the tournament . All participants or each accompanying person should pay 198.00 EUR per package price including 7 nights accommodation in double\twin room. Single room supplement is an additional 70 EUR over the double room rate. All payments for accommodation should be made to the IVIS Travel Agency - official tour-operator of the tournament. The package rates are valid for accommodation from May 10,2006 /arrival / till May 17,2006 /departure /or from May 11,2006 / arrival / till May 18,2006 / departure /. Special discounts for early payment is provided.

The hotel is located close to the Sofia city center and only 10 minutes walk from the tournament venue.

Entry Visa & Participant Details
Please check with your Government or the Bulgarian Embassy in your country on the need or requirements for visas to Bulgaria. Bulgarian Chess Federation will provide some requested players or federations with official invitation letter for the tournament.

Traveling Expenses and Airport Transfers
Traveling expenses shall be covered by the participating player or by the sending federation. Airport transfers will be provided from the organizers upon request.
